Thank you for your comment. I don't know how to buy it outside of Japan, but this grip is from a Japanese manufacturer called Super Strike. This maker called Smith is also a maker that also has Japanese distributors such as Heddon, so please search for it.
@@sampit22 The thinnest of these ferrules is 8 mm. The rod is a little thinner than 8mm, so wrap some masking tape around it to adjust the thickness, and then glue it in place.
ズームサファリ ZMSC-464Lは使いやすいのですがグリップが残念。安いからしょうがないですけど。

フェルールに差し込む部分の太さの調整は、ガイドスレッドとかの糸ではなく、テープ？を使っているんですね。
